They need to cancel the All Star it’s a joke! It’s nothing but a popularity contest! Ridiculous that Gobert and Mitchell were the last to be drafted! And then when the NBA needed a injury sub who do they pick??? Mike Conley. Seriously?? Conley who is average 16pts and 5 assists over a player like D’Aaron Fox who is averaging 23 and 7???? Just what is the critera to make the all star team? And don’t get me started on the dunk contest.....complete waste of time!

The kings suck. There were much more notable players skipped over than fox like DDR. I dont mind Conely making it since he is an elite defender and playmaker. And he has some of the highest net rating in the league.

What does the Kings sucking have to do with Fox making the team. Fox was just one example....if course there were others just as deserving but that was my point.

The NBA weighs a player having a great season, that helps his team win, better than those who are playing well on bad teams.

Well if that’s the case LBJ shouldn’t have made the all star team in his first year with the Lakers because they were piss poor back then!

They were looking ok and like they were going to make the playoffs until LBJ got injured

My point was they were 20-14 but they were struggling and losing games they shouldn’t have been losing. This isn’t a knock on LBJ I’m just saying the all star game should be about a player playing at an all star level not how the team around him is playing.
