well the series is almost over but we got the first 2 and better get the sweep tommorrow.

i think i read that the tribe got 16 hits but only scored 4 runs. a win is a win. bonnedermon is their ace so whomever is throwing tommorrow should be a lame duck.

the a's need to stop losing.

i thought the a's needed to start losing, but i don't really follow baseball. I try to read some ish here and there, but alas, i don't live in my beloved hometown... Anyway, even though the tribe isn't the best wildcard team, i heard that we had the easiest post all-star break schedule so the playoffs are a real possibility.

A's need to lose i think he mixed it up...their on fire and we blew that one ninth inning game with wicky when we coulda won that series in oakland.

Yeah we are ahead of the Twins right now 2nd in our division, behind only Oakland in the wildcard if we can heat up and play consistent baseball we can seriously get into the playoffs.

Keep in mind we have the easiest schedule of any of the Wild Card teams.

We have a ton of games against the Devil Rays, Royals and Tigers left still. Which will be key.....we also have three more with the As which could make or break our season.

wow i didnt know we had more games against the a's.

what my buddy and i noticed is that the a's are only 1 game behind the angels and the two teams, a's/angels, play each other 8 more times before the season ends.

so if one team were to win both series, 3-1 and 3-1 or even sweep we would gain a lot of ground.

I forget what show I was watching, but they seemed pretty confident that the As would win the series with teh Angels being the one battling for the Wild Card

The Indians have 20 games left against Kansas City and Tampa Bay.

Personally, I think we need to go 18-2 or 17-3 against those two alsorans.

If Victor Hafner Grady and Jhonny can all keep where they are we can easily get into the wildcard. And who knows if Cliff Millwood and Elarton can pitch well I could see us getting far.

The A's are on fire right now, but the Angels have the better team. I think the Angels will end up winning the division. The A's seem to do this every year. They come out blasting after the all-star break. It should be interesting, to say the least.

I think we have an excellent chance of stealing the wildcard with the weak schedule we have left. The offense seems to be clicking right now, even casey blake. Let's just hope the pitching holds up.

C'mon Tribe, let's get two teams from the "weak central" into the playoffs.

A's will win.
