Dirty, corrupt and criminal to the core.

And worse than all that is how Trump bows and serve the agendas of other nations even if it means weakening ours.

And all for his own personal gain.

I'm no fan of Pompeo, but the claim--although plausible--seems thin on evidence so far. A bit alarmist of an article. The claim cited is hardly a bomb shell report.

Normally I would say yes.

But obviously Pompeo is completely subservient to Trump's whims.

Not difficult at all to believe such a thing would be credible.

No doubt. History will be unkind to the administration. Audacious and brazen, not to mention ham footed, in their attempts to subvert the rule of law have they been. Really, they seem to count on a perceived--and to a fair measure real--jaded cynicism of the American populace to simply not care. This level of corruption--if left unchecked--is what brings down nations.

I am most curious about Bolton. I have no feel for what he might say or do. Not sure how candid he will be, if he will be sufficiently vague so as to render his testimony meaningless in terms of swaying public opinion, or will put forth so damning of evidence that spinning it would put to shame the already high level of farcicalness (yes, it's a word) of it all.

I am guessing he was not on board with the cockamamie scheme of Trump and his cronies to get Ukraine to do their personal bidding.

I assume this will be appealed thru the Supreme Court if they have to. I've heard McGahn wanted direction from the court before he did anything and that he doesn't necessarily need to wait for a Supreme Court ruling before he testifies. Now we'll see if he actually does testify before appeals are exhausted.

Still, a good ruling for those who want transparency and the ability to hold all levels of government accountable.

So Rudy's been saying that he did everything for his client... And Trump says Rudy did it on his own. Hmmmmmmm...... Is Trump trying to tempt fate with a second Michael Cohen?

One thing I never thought about, what if Rudy totally flipped and then the Republicans had to turn on him? He'd end up in jail real quick when they need him to be discredited.

The truth can usually be found here.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I really think regardless of what side of the aisle you sit on, the phrase quid pro quo is the most obnoxious thing to come out of all of this Ukraine noise.
Watching news anchors twist the phrase into bad puns makes me want to opt out of humanity.

It’s hard to out-obnoxious Devin Nunes though.
