well they added a bat to their lineup now and defense gets better. we have our work cut out for us to make playoffs with us trying to catch the twins. throw the yankees, baltimore and rangers in the mix for the wild card and it is going to be an uphill battle...

this is not the bret boone of the past (steroids). he has really struggled the last couple of years (steroids). you never know, but i doubt this signing will do much of anything for the twins.

Well our first series after the break is against the Choch Sox, hopefully we can ruff up Buerhle and Garland enough to get a couple from them.

even if we gat 2/3 out of them that would be incredable. because we go up two games and they go down two games.. there would start the climb to first place in the division... and they are only 10 wins ahead of us now... slowly but we are catching up to the choch sox...
