Ugly half, but the Cavs are only down 5. If they were making free throws at a decent clip they would be up in this game. 3 point shooting has been terrible except for Sasha who has 3 makes. When they can get the ball to Z with decent position hes been crazy effective.

On D, Minny's quicks seem to bug the Cavs a lot. Penetration was hurting and offensive rebounds are a problem, but thats what happens when the other team has KG. Ricky Davis is on fire against his old team, Eric Snow can't guard him. The 2-3 zone seems to be hurting their offensive execution and clogging up the middle a little more.

If the Cavs dont come out of the break flat, they should make a game out of this one at least.

Gooden has been aggressive in the early second half, but he just picked up his 4th foul. Against a surgin Garnett, I have no problem with his over-aggressive play. We should be able to match AV and Marshall on him, perhaps even give some burn to Hendo.

The Wolves have absolutely no answer for Z, and we should be looking to feed him more. The assist to Snow was a heads up play by the big fella.

Huge run for the Cavs at the end of the 3rd, punctuated by a last second dunk by LBJ. Foul trouble is a concern for the T-Wolves bigs. Varejao and Jones gave us tremendous energy in the last few minutes of the third.

Still anyone's game.

Damon really heated up in the 3rd. He came in, went to the hole with a and1, then he grabbed a rebound, and hit some 3's. 9 points in the third.

He's the type you love him when his good, Hate him when he's terrible.

You know if we had a point guard you would rarely ever see these shooting nights liek these. LeBron initiating offense is way too slow.

Marshall is doing a great job as a part-time small forward, part-time power forward tonight. While some players become flustered when they fill two different positions in the same game, Marshall seems to relish it.

Incidently, LBJ just made his first non-dunk in a looong while.
