They've turned a fiercely loyal fan base that was willing to sell out games based just on hope into an emotionally disconnected community. Nobody REALLY cares that we just got embarrassed. We expected it.

Just the worst example of running a team I can think of. The Miami Marlins come to mind, but at least they won a championship in there...
