Week #3 - Bears trap game

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I just can’t get over how unbelievably bad Nagy was.

How is that the BEST you can do for your rookie QB? I though Jets/Jags we’re doing no favors, but… holy unbelievably bad. Not one scripted, gimmick quick throw.

Browns, offensively, played pretty horribly. And STILL scored 26 against WHATS truly a very good NFL defense.

The Bears desperately needed more blockers out there and a more concerted effort to run the ball and utilize short, quick hitting passes. Maybe some QB designed runs to help loosen up the defense.

I don't understand how the Texans were able to execute this kind of game plan against us but not the Bears. Would argue the talent level is similar.

Really no imagination to that offense either. They had this kid since rookie camp and don't have a few plays that maximize his ability? Their coach is trying to lose his way back to KC at this point.

I am tempering my enthusiasm for this defense because Fields was set up to fail out there. It was Hue Jackson level incompetence.

Absolutely agree.

We see it with our own team! It’s really easy to get to the QB when you just entirely ignore the need to scheme open throws.

You can do it with a Baker+ guy and sort of get away with it. You will destroy your rookie.
