Week 5: Browns at 49ers

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Its puzzeling that we cant seem to get this offense figured out...the line is getting owned tonight but there seems like ther's no plan...Beckham is a ghost...i dont buy the decoy blah blah blah...the Giants seemed to have no problem using him

OL is being compounded by bad play calling, poor QB play and poor scheming. They aren’t great but they’re good enough if the other aspects of offense are good. The problem is everything sucks and we are expecting the average offensive line to play above their skill level, when nothing else is being done well. That’s not a realistic ask.

Gonna say something crazy.

Maybe Browns fans should be patient with a young HC and a young QB before throwing their hands up and declaring it a failure. DOn't fire him mid-season. Just reinforces the "this is an unstable franchise" narrative.

Firing him after the season doesn’t exactly change the narrative. It’s one thing to lose. It’s a completely different thing to look totally unprepared.

It’s just their night

The Bye week followed by a home game really stood out to the Niners fans I watched the game with. They just look healthy and fresh in comparison... and aside from Robbie Gould they just played their best game.

Why not? Greg Robinson is fucking terrible. Clowney is gonna kill Baker on Sunday.
I am not giving up multiple good assets for a player that won’t change our fortunes that much

Baker’s consecutive game TD pass streak is in serious jeopardy of ending tonight.

How many more primetime games do these Diva assholes have left on the schedule? Nothing quite like getting embarrassed week after week after beating your chest for an entire off season.

Well, the defense did give up an 83-yard touchdown on SF's first play from scrimmage, so there's that. Look, when you're getting beat like this, no side of the ball should avoid blame.

Total plays:

SF: 64
CLE: 43

TOP:

SF: 34
CLE: 20

No defense can win with that skew.

Just another total embarrassment on behalf of the Browns. I won't be that guy that blames the loss on one play though, this was an asskicking of a MNF lifetime.

We are back to being the Sad Factory.

We don't know what the assets are. WAS just fired their coach so we simply don't know. Also going from Greg Robinson to Trent Williams drastically changes our fortunes. Trent Williams, Joel Bitonio, JC Tretter on the left side of that line makes a world of difference.

I honestly want to make a low light reel of Vernon.....but I really don’t want to waste any more of my life. But his second half effort has been laughable. On half the plays he’s just jogging or doing nothing. He honestly would be cut or traded if he were playing for the Patriots in a game like this.

The Zeitler for Vernon trade looks AWFUL right now. Just awful.

And OBJ should be catching more flack. He's not playing well.
