Week 5: Patriots at Browns

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Too bad Kessler couldnt stay on the field today. He was looking really good

Since 99 we have seen allot of bad QB's....allot.

I am nominating Charlie Whitehurst as the worst since the return. I might be forgetting someone, but I might be right.

The Browns are the weekly sacrifice to the Gods Cleveland makes for having LeBron James. Judging by the year so far, the butcher's bill is high for that glorious title.

I actually went to his miserable POS of a game. Tickets were free and went with a friend, otherwise if they were mine I would've just sold them top dollar to a NE fan. It literally felt like a road game... from the streets, to the parking garage we were in, to the stadium... Patriots fans everywhere. The muni lot was the only place that wasn't about 50/50 in Browns/Pats fans. In our section the ENTIRE row below us were Pats fans. Add that into the Browns getting their dicks kicked in and Charlie Whitehurst having to play... it just was not a fun time.

Most miserable Browns game I've been to from start to finish, and I've been to many games. I've been to games where I got a drinking ticket in the muni lot, a speeding ticket on my way up there, heartbreaking losses in late December where I froze my ass off, and was even at the infamous Browns/Rams 12-10 game where Shurmur handed off to Alex Smith.

None of the above were more sobering than yesterday. I don't even know why I went, really, other than it was something to do and a good excuse to hangout with an old friend. The plan all along was to go to the game and dip out around halftime/3rd quarter to go grab a table at a bar downtown for Indians/Sox game 3. After that got PPD there was really nothing to look forward to.

I feel ya, I went into this season hoping and praying for 0-16, yet somehow yesterday still really sucked. Maybe it's because the first 4 games we were competitive? Maybe it's because we hurt another 2 QBs? Maybe it's because my DFS 50/50 lineups shit the bed? Idk, yesterday was just tough.
