Week #9 - Make or break the season @Cincy

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
We were all scared of this game, but it ended up being the Browns most complete game of the year. Offense, defense, and special teams all played well.

Just need to clean up the penalties and we got ourselves a team that can go places.

It has to be a combination of Baker and Stefanski feeling pressured to get the ball to OBJ, which alters the playcalling and alters how Baker processes the field. I can't think of any other explanation.

I imagine OBJ running freelance (or at least slightly "off") routes affected Baker's reads, timing, etc. Some degree of a domino effect. If one guy's not where he's supposed to be, then those are precious split seconds spent reading something that's not really an option.

Not that it's the only explanation, but I assume a key part, like you're saying.

So what happened to Burrow > Baker and especially with our "great" defense.

Love smacking down the bengals

I mean, before today Baker's 2021 stats were lagging in every measurable way aside from lower interceptions. His game against Pittsburgh made me miss the McCown brothers. It's been Baker's best game since week one by a mile.

Baker wants to be king of Ohio, he needs to keep playing like this.

Overtime in Baltimore!

Absolutely incredible. Is anyone still doubting that the Browns, and specifically Baker, were completely different with OBJ around?

Jacksonville knocks off the Bills!

I was feeling the revenge game vibe. I want to see Baker sustain this. He has a huge payday waiting for him if he does.

I agree, but it's fun when the narratives that were presented get flipped on a Victory.

Hopefully this is the start to a great 2nd half of the year.
