Weird Things I Noticed

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Just noticed that some posts over the last week or so are not properly registering behind the scenes.

Meaning, many posts are not showing when viewing posts under a user's profile. They don't display in the search. But they do display in the thread.

For instance, last night's game thread. I know for a fact I posted in that thread but there's no way of seeing that unless I go find the individual post in the thread.

Looking at my profile right now, it says I've made two posts since Thursday afternoon. That's obviously not right :chuckle:

Wonder if it could have something to do with RCF being taken down to barebones mode during the trade deadline chaos.
That's exactly what happens when I turn off advanced search mode.

Any reason whey some threads jump to the last unread post when I click on them and some just go to the last post (when there are a lot of earlier unread posts)?

No idea

The targeted ads don't work well. :chuckle:

I noticed that if you do click on the most recent post from the home page, it brings you to the very last post. In the actual sub forum, it functions correctly. But from the home page, it's always bringing you to the last post.

I originally had my posts per page set to 40. I can't find that option now in my preferences. Any way to change it back for me?

With everyone blocking ads now I had to take that option away. Sorry.

I’m using Tapatalk, but can’t sign in at the moment (it didn’t recognize me for some reason). But I can login on Safari (on iPhone). Any way to fix it?

We were having issues with bad ads. Had to remove everything for the time being to figure out what is going on. I'll be checking each plugin to make sure they're clean and then reinstalling them.

Nothing major here, but when you're looking at the list of threads, the author and the person who made the last post no longer has color in their name, at least for me.

For example, I saw a thread where IBWT was the last person to post, and under where it says "Last Message", his name wasn't blue. It was just default like a new member. Any moderators, admins, gold members, and special donators no longer have the color for in the thread listings, but they do within the threads themselves.

Going through all the plugins to see if it's an RCF issue or a Safari issue.

Same issue.

Edit: It's fixed, @Ben!

Any update on when Tapatalk will be fixed, Ben?

I don't really have a problem viewing the forum on my mobile web browser or anything, Tapatalk just makes things easier.
