Andre Drummond - LeBron's Robin

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
THE funniest thing about that first night with the Lakers was watching after all that siceage over Drummond like he was the second coming of SHAQ, only to find him doing what he's been doing most of the season.... and Lakers fans talking about "no more post ups" not even 5 minutes in.

Also, this:

What would a franchise tag do to change the buyout market? I'm not sure I see a connection between those two things.

Personally, I'd like to start with a hard salary cap. All of the "exceptions" make it not much of a deterrent right now. Maybe only allow a team capped out to add players via the G League or something.
Oh no I’m not addressing the buyout at all!
I’m just saying non guaranteed contracts would make it easier for teams to get from under big contracts when a player wants out to move to another team. Why should a team have to pay a player any money back when THEY want to leave. And I think teams (especially the small market teams) should get proper compensation (at least two first rounders) when “forced” to trade their franchise player.
