Andre Drummond - LeBron's Robin

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Listening to this talking mouth (Matt Derry?) on 92.3 and he says the Pistons wanted to unload him because of being a under performer.

18/16 is a under performer? I saw a pistons beat guy say they just didn't want to pay him his 28.7 M Player Option next year. When the only FA worth a damn is DeRozan I'm not mad that we might not have cap.

Costs us nothing...no free agents were coming this off season and there aren't really great ones on the market this year. Both parties will test it out the rest of the year to see the fit...nothing to complain about this move

We're building a team for yesterday's NBA. This move is a completely pointless unless you think his (possibly) expiring contract will have value next year.

They will see if a center like Drummond can make Sexton and Garland work as a backcourt. I think it's up in the air if he opts into his contract or not. They will get the 2nd round pick back at least at the deadline next year if he does opt in.

So...Love, TT, AND Drummond? Cavs will lead the league in rebounds, but to be so huge and slow in the age of small and fast is odd to say the least.

I'm listening to that goofball, he's not making a ton of sense to me,,,he's thrilled the Pistons are going to crater and lose a million games ,,have fun with that.
We can't get these kind of players to come in free agency so this is a great add considering we gave up nothing to get him.

This guy added some of that in his comments also..he said AD was going to pickup his option and try to go to Atlanta(forgot the other team ) but they weren't players for him..

Please opt in. I don’t want to extend Drummond until 2021. I saw a tweet posted that the Cavs could have 50 million in cap space in 2021!!!

He’s only 26 too!

As I said in another thread, this move is like Jonas for the Grizzles. Drummond should be able to help Garland/Sexton/Porter Jr. a lot with screen setting and an easy bucket at the hoop.

He never gets hurt.
He cleans up the glass like 15 RPG.
He puts it in 15 PPG on greater than 50% shooting.
around 3 total Blocks+steals per game

he seems like everything Larry nance is supposed to be. But I guess fans hate him for a reason.
