This team has had each of it's last 3 coaches who were pre Return and post LaBrexit leave in a year or less. Dan Gilbert is just a fancier haired Jimmuh Haslam.

Great coaches or even good coaches are not often available. And if they are, they aren't coming to a young, rebuilding team like the Cavs. So I think the Cavs are on the right track to hire a young, inexperienced coach, in hopes that he will develop right along side their young inexperienced team. And if it doesn't work out, move on to the next guy.
