Kareem Hunt: One Pissed Off Runner!

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Even if he didn't do anything wrong and no police report was filed, why is he still going out late and drinking on West 6th?

There is, quite literally, tens of millions of dollars on the line.

Why is going out and drinking at a popular hangout something that anyone's career should be jeopardized over?

If he did do something wrong, well, that's a problem. But if he didn't, fuck this mindset that he isn't allowed to act like the rest of us and have a good time.

Now if you want to talk about why West 6th is crap, and Kareem Hunt obviously has bad taste in locations and alcohol, we can discuss that in off-topic.

Dude is getting alcohol and anger management counseling. I don't think going out late at night, drinking, and getting the cops called on you for fighting is on the list of recommended activities.

Are you serious? He's clearly shown poor judgement multiple times in similar situations. The fact that he continues to put himself in these situations is troubling considering the precarious position his career is in. It shows a clear lack of judgement.

Nobody has an issue with OBJ or Landry or Ward going out at night because there's no evidence that they can't handle themselves appropriately in those situations.

If he's fighting, that's doing something wrong. Right? Hence "If he did do something wrong, well, that's a problem."

I didn't know he was in rehab for alcoholism. Based on that information, he shouldn't have been out drinking. Thanks.

Although, now I'm curious if he actually has problems with alcohol, or if he just voluntarily went into counseling to rehab his image and help his career.

Besides the obvious incident in the hotel, what other incidents have there been?

I'm genuinely asking--I only know about the one.

Going out shouldn't jeopardize a career. But that's if you remove all context:

1. Kareem has had multiple violent incidents in the past.
2. Kareem is privileged to play in a league where he gets paid millions of dollars. Part of his responsibility is to avoid risky situations given the fact that he is on a short leash. It's not an ordinary employment.

It's about being smart.

Now, apparently there are no charges or anything with the police and the owner of the Barley House commented and said, "Yes, he was here. He got into a small argument with a friend but there was no brawling or anything of that nature."

So I guess we'll see what happens - but at this point Kareem should be at home playing video games or something.

If he's out there drinking while in counseling for alcohol, that's a problem.

If he's out and not doing those things, trying to get laid, I'm fine.

I guess we'll find out, but the Browns have enough depth to get by if he decides to be a moron.

3 incidents that have been reported on before whatever this one ends up being.

He has been accused in 3 separate incidents involving violence.

According to the TMZ article, there was no physical altercation and no police report filed. Someone working at the bar said it was just an argument between Hunt and one of his friends.

Probably nothing to see here.
