I'm shocked – this dude is at least a league average 3pt shooter. On small volume, yes, but average none the less. He didn't reach that last season, though (29.2%).

Other than that, I have nothing to say. Neto is the type of player you don't notice if you're not a hard core Wiz fan.

This is a lot higher than the market has valued Raul Neto during his last few forays into free agency; as ever, players with more value on defense than offense tend to get short shrift in the free-agency marketplace. He’s 30 years old, and his 3-ball escaped him last year (29.2 percent). But he’s a 36.6 percent career marksman who also has made half his career 2s (not many small guards can say this). Throw in his tough defense, and Neto grades out as a pretty decent backup. Just don’t ask him to be a primary shot creator.

I'm assuming they would want to keep him around even after Rubio is back as insurance. Most teams keep 3 PGs. We have Garland, Rubio and Neto. Although I'm hopeful Neto is only staying for this season and we get a younger 3rd string PG next off-season.
