Robin Lopez: Joining his twin

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
@Heat Check

Honestly there is absolutely no problem with this signing and if you look at the roster, they may actually bring in another C as well. I mean at the moment since we let Davis and Moses go, I would like another C either on the bench or on a two-way contract.

So you want to find a C with some shooting. So since you are so wise, tell me who we can sign that can fit that?

Seems like there are a lot of teams that would have loved Rolo for the vet minimum. Even Neto. It says a lot about where this organization is at now that these guys want to be here.

Robin Lopez has one of the best hook shots in the NBA. He can still score in the paint with his right hand hook shot and can do a left one sometimes too. I remember he made 4 hook shots against Allen 2 years ago in one game. He is great veteran big man who is physical, gets rebounds, can put a body on someone and allows us not to force lay put Mobley in 5. He will make the occasional 3 for tea time.

This guy is a lot of fun. He will make mascots crawling. He may do stupid things sometimes but he helps that locker room presence to be a fun and cohesive one. He will back you up.

A veteran minimum - wished we got him last year but we got him this year. Great veteran signing, a backup center that we were able to upgrade and can put in stop minutes when Allen may be a hurt for a couple of games.

Here’s a funny clip of him last season against Giannis.

Do you mother fuckers understand how close this team will be with each other? They might even bond with Myles Garrett’s nerdy ass.
I’d like for them to be close with a playoff spot.

Love this signing. Ropez is a great drop big and sets some really good screens. One of the best box out guys in the league too. Combine all that with his great locker room value and his experience as a Dungeon Master, and we are sure to get some epic DnD sessions running this year. He will be a better version of what JaVale was for us a few years ago. Love this signing. Super value at the vet min.

Also, screw shooting. You can learn that shit. Our young guys will develop the spacing we need. Lets get our vets in there (besides K Love) to mess stuff up down low.
He’s twice as good as any back up center we had last year! I’m happy with the signing at the vet min

Gives us 10-15 mins a night of interior presence on both ends and setting big fat picks for our guards
