Welcome to Cleveland Elijah Moore

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm gonna say there isn't a chance in hell that FAU is available at 74.

I'd be shocked if Carter or Henley is there.

I expect Tippmann to be gone by then, but there's a chance.
Agreed that they all won't be there. The mock I saw had them anywhere from 65-78. Thats in the range, and we all know one or two guys slide 5-10 slots per round. (As well as one or two guys go 5-10 slots early.

If we're looking at guys who can play edge...

I fully expect the following to be gone before we pick:

  • Anderson
  • Wilson
  • LVN
  • Nolan Smith
  • Murphy
  • Will McDonald
  • FAU
  • Ojulari
  • Adebawore
  • Tuli
I think these guys will be gone--but there's a small chance they could be there mainly because of where they played:
  • Andre Carter
  • Karl Brooks
If we want to talk realistic targets at edge, here are some of my favorites:
  • Zach Harrison
  • Derick Hall
  • Keion White
And some sleepers:
  • Desjuan Johnson
  • Jose Ramirez
  • BJ Thompson
  • Isaiah McGuire
My favorites out of the realistic options are Zach Harrison, Desjuan Johnson (who might be better as a 3-tech than playing outside) and Derick Hall (who is fun as hell, but is probably a pass rush specialist)

If we're talking center, I think JMS and Tipmmann are the first two off the board.

You can cross your fingers and hope that Wypler is there at 74, but even if he is, I don't see Berry drafting a center that high--especially after what we just signed Pocic to.

If you want to look at realistic center targets, Stromberg and Juice Scruggs stand out to me as later round guys we might be able to target. I like Olusegun, but his age and athletic scores might take him out of our front office's sights.

If we want to look at off-ball linebackers, I assume the following are gone well before our pick:
  • Sanders
  • Campbell
  • Henley
  • Simpson
A guy I would absolutely LOVE is DeMarvion Overshown, LB out of Texas. He's just a physical freak that I'd love to get my hands on.

I think Noah Sewell is a good linebacker. I think Ivan Pace is fun as hell and is someone I'm going to root for no matter where he ends up.

I'm not a big To'oTo'o fan.

I pray that we do not end up with Karl Brooks.

If he ends up being a good pro, I’ll be entirely shocked. Watched so much of him, and just couldn’t want to stay further away. Good pass rusher for his size. Not great anchor against the run at any tech he’ll play.

I had the pleasure of watching Chris Jones at BG, and a lot of BG people comp them. CJ was 10x the talent and he was nothing more than a JAG.

who spells Carl with a K come on man.

Those are both less than wonderful humans...

Carl Winslow, however...

Arguably the most important corrections officer of the 1980s. Really made some bad choices when he helped the EPA shut down the Ghostbusters and shot that young kid in Die Hard, but provided important moral support to detective Turner and his dog Hooch. Of course, who knows where Los Angeles would be without his efforts to thwart international thieves Hans Gruber and Colonel Stuart.
