Bro. 19 years old. Those shoulders. Those thighs. Jesus.

I actually like this direction we are taking with Okoro and Sexton. If they can rope KPJ into that culture, then that’s a young cheap back court who can bond while we learn to battle into the 4th quarter this year.

I am excited but not delusional. We just need to grow these picks internally and continue to draft and farm them. That’s going to be the way to do it from here on out. We need that OKC style of youth and energy for long enough where these guys want to stay because of what they have built and if they want to leave, trade as RFAs and keep going forward.

We were putrid on D and helping with that should also improve our offense and allow for some scoring runs.

I like this gamble that we can help his shot and shooting. I like the cultural addition here a lot. Let’s see what Sexton and him can do.
Like sexton and okoro together
Adding windler and okoro to sexton porter garland nance is exciting Limit loves mins some to keep him healthy. Lots of draft picks for next couple years when high school players will be out there. Slow process but progress to me

How about this small ball lineup:

PG- Garland
SG- Sexton
SF- KPJ
PF- Okoro
C- Nance

I like that!

We will get killed on the boards. This lineup has no clear benefit to me.
We are small, but can't switch effectively because Garland and Sexton are too small to either fight in the post against a PF/C, and are also too small to rebound effectively. You at the very least need an elite rebounding Center to pick up the slack, and Nance ain't it. And even if you do manage to get a switchable, elite rebounding Center, this backcourt is too small to be effective at whatever scheme you are trying to run, and the lineup as a whole is not good enough offensively to offset it.

This pic was up when my gf came into the room. I closed my browser.

Was it because you were masturbating to it and not ready to come out to your girlfriend?

Crucial. He's good at guarding the ball with his body, but it is just not tight enough. I don't think we see him handling the ball on the perimeter much this year.

Yeah he isn’t a finished product but only played one year in college. Shit he might not be done growing either.

Some rookies could make it in the league but just can’t stay on the floor due to defense. If he can just get a respectable shot, then he is at minimum 3 & D + slasher. I know that doesn’t sound like much but I just have faith in our shooting coach and his work ethic.

I hadn't seen this video of Okoro. Goes into some detail on the defensive side of things. A lot of things like the tagging happen too quickly for me to comprehend in real time. Really shows you how advanced his feel for the game is.
