TT said “Be a star in your role.” Whatever else can be said about him he came to play every day and operated within a team concept, accepting that he was the sixth option.

This team has players like this and Okoro is one of them. He’s been a star in his role of playing really good D.

I don't remember Jimmy ever being hailed as much of a defender.

Lol, just a guy named Jim with a similar body type and was a good player, it was a joke, not a valid comparison.

That Jim Jackson OSU team was the only time I went all in on Buckeyes basketball. Loved that group more than the Greg Oden team of 2007 that almost won it all.

Kid is going to be an elite defender. And with the two-headed snake in the backcourt he has plenty of time to develop his offensive game where we have already seen real flashes.

Cavs scouting/player development is starting to earn a reputation as being really good.

Yeah, picking up Dotson was another good move. He won't play that much when everyone's healthy but he's a sneaky good player.

Dude locked up Durant and Harden in back to back games. And he’s a 19 year old rookie! I have never seen a rookie with such good defensive instincts.

He’s also getting better offensively with each game. Sky’s the limit for him.

The way he stays with his man and ability to contest shots is underrated which you will never see on the stat sheet. Harden could not even drive to the basket and he could not get the foul calls he gets. His foot movement and defensive posture is too good. Him at just 19 hrs old is impressive.
