I just cant fathom these people that think the Browns are winning 9 games this year. I need this explained to me. There’s no chance they don’t win 10 or more without injuries.

What they’ve done in the past has literally nothing to do with this season. 11-5 and I wouldnt be shocked by 12.

Rookie head coach deduction.

Freddie could be the next Sean Peyton or he could be the next Hue Jackson. I love him, but experts will always be cautious on that.

Litteraly the only reason we aren't being thought to win 10 or 11 games.

Edit: The one i saw that pissed me off is a tier rating for QB's that Mahomes at Tier one (agree) but Baker at Tier 3. When asked why Baker isnt Tier 2, he said lack proof he can do it consistently. Last time i checked, Mahomes only played in 2.5 more games, basically the same time as Baker. Stupid.

Arguments one could make (not necessarily that I agree with):

Rookie head coach, new OC, new DC. Coaching matters a lot in the NFL.

A degraded offensive line. You win in the trenches. With both LT and RG being currently below NFL-starter level, that's a gamble. If Baker is getting pressure both up the middle and off the edge, that's a recipe to ruin a young QB. Without that stout interior, does Chubb still put up numbers?

Free agency and big splashy signing rarely work out in the NFL. I know OBJ was a trade, but did the Browns give up too much? Zeitler and Peppers were both very, very good players. Do we really think Sheldon Richardson is going to be their answer, and where's the depth behind him? Where are the quality players at LB and Safety?

Personal take: The potential is there, but if you're penciling the Browns in for 12 wins already, you're ignoring a lot of the flaws in this roster (specifically the OL).

Tate and Coleman and Shepard all down. The Giants are cursed.

Explain to a 36yo what is with the upper/lower/upper case typing thing.

There is a Spongebob meme that uses this image. It's accompanied by writing in random upper and lower case letters.

It might be funny until you realize that the meme is mostly the originator mocking the target as if they were mentally handicapped or disabled in some way.
