Yeah, I'm not completely down on Callaway. He obviously has talent, and can be a weapon. But his lack of work ethic, character, and frankly, he comes off pretty immature. I don't know if he'll ever be someone we can really rely on.

No debate. Higgins is the better one. I do think we risk losing him. I expect him to just kill it this season and get a nice contract.

We won't be able to afford to keep him.
If losing him gets us a third (unlikely) or a fourth (much more likely) and Callaway can at least be a feasible third option then losing him will not be a huge deal. The problem is, if Callaway remains the person he is now, then we have a huge hole on offense. I actually think it played a role in the Taylor deal.

Give me the guy I can count on to not fuck up.

Maybe that’s just Josh Gordon syndrome talking.

Might have to look in the draft again. I just don't trust Callaway at all. I don't see it as a major problem, now we have a competent front office. Steelers have done this for years.

Lose valuable receivers, then just replace them in the draft. Because they can just find them again. Dorsey has a good track record in finding receivers.

I'd imagine we'll be using a draft pick on a WR this year as well. You can always find good talent in the third and fourth rounds.

OT:
One of my favorite Ludacris albums. Wooooo.
I had a chance to meet and talk with Ludacris at a small private function held by a local Atlanta radio station. He seemed very personable and funny, and he wasn't the slightest bit egotistical that I could detect. I won't talk about his politics here because (a) this isn't the politics forum, and (b) a lot of you probably wouldn't like where he stands on some issues. However, listening to him at the event it was fairly obvious that he's done a lot of deep introspection and philosophical thinking. Very cool dude.

I've never, ever, in my 35 years of life. Anticipated a sports game as much as I am this Sunday, when the Browns take the field. Two more days. Whew. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. Seeing the Baker and Odell connection is must see stuff.

This is the most hyped up I have been for a Browns game in a long time... maybe in my lifetime. But I just can't compare a regular season Game 1 against the Titans to Game 7 NBA Finals or Game 7 World Series just a few years ago. It's not even on the same planet to be honest.

I'm the same age as you and I'm excited, damn excited. This is the most anticipation I've had for a browns game in my life and it's not close.

But game 7 is on a totally different level. I couldn't eat, sleep, or even think about anything else. When the browns make the playoffs then maybe we can have this discussion but right now it's still just game one of a very exciting season

Game 7 (both the Finals and the World Series) have this beat, but this is definitely the most I've ever anticipated a Browns game. Sprung for Sunday Ticket for the first time in my life; cannot wait to watch them Sunday. Hope they come out firing on all cylinders and force some of these doubters to shut up.
