What Do You Do For Work?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm a software developer who accidentally started a printed apparel company in late 2007. We started in our basement but now have a 10k square foot building and about 30 employees. Web site is www.inktastic.com (which needs revising, but not a high priority because we now make most of our sales on Amazon and Walmart).

I've ordered shirts for things I've sponsored and will definitley be using you next time. I also just like some of the designs for gifts and personal. And you have tank tops!

Is that why you can afford a Tesla?

tesla's starting price is the same as the average new car price in the US, and it's vastly cheaper to operate. 3 cents/mile, no maintence other than maintaining tires and adding windshield washer fluid. So most people buying new cars can afford one (which is all I ever said people should do). Company is why I have the performance version.

Not to go off-topic, but can you site sources for that?! I recently bought a gently used BMW but I'd totally look at a Tesla if that were the case! Just seems like the entry price was way too high for me and the used market was slim pickings. Also, how bad is insurance?

answered you in the car advice thread

Engineering consultant. FEA, spreadsheet programming, tool design and testing.

Neat, work on any interesting projects lately?

I'm a tire engineer in Akron, as of October a program manager of sorts. Previously in advanced tech development.

I designed the cross shaft couplings in the first 4 original bell/boeing v22 tilt rotors. They ended up not going with our company for production though. That was quite the project.
Designed the main drive shaft couplings for a few subs.
Those projects were years ago though. Right now I'm working on high speed couplings for wind turbines.

Damn, man.

If you're so smart, why are you a Cleveland fan? Lol.
