I juss went to the Cavs VS. Knicks game last nite & before they introduced the team, they showed a highlight video with an opera orchestra type song playing, the song sounds so familiar, it's been in movies

any1 kno?

The song is called Carmina Burana(O Fortuna) by Carl Orff.
The song was in the 1981 movie Excalibur. It was recently
redone by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and is due to be
released on their new album. The Excalibur version is available
on itunes.

I sent a letter to the Cavs "great ideas" two years ago and
suggested they use Carmina Burana during the introductions.
They finally started to use it last year.

It would also be the theme song of the devil (aka Damien) in the movie(s) "The Omen".

The song they play for Hughes when he checks into games is "Brick House".
