I think J.B.’s been great. He’s been great in terms of talking to guys, from me to Collin (Sexton) to Kevin. He’s got a great relationship with all of us. He only had 11 games last year, but those 11 games were promising, very promising, and I know we all ... that was the most fun I had all year. - Larry Nance Jr

[Bickerstaff] got them to start caring about winning games and care about each other. That’s not easy when you take over in a situation like that. (The Cavs had lost 13-of-15 before Beilein resigned). He stayed very positive, even after losses. They moved the ball better. He pulled things together. - Mike Fratello

There is an energy that’s building and you don’t want to be the one guy that’s not participating in it. You see the leadership, you see the young guys, they are pushing one another, they are holding each other accountable, they are having real conversations to fix problems. The environment and culture we are creating is growing and that’s going to be the foundation of it. It’s a bunch of guys who play hard but play well together also. - JBB

So far I give him a D-, don’t understand his logic behind resting our players and especially our young guys in preseason games... okoro Garland could definitely used that closing experience against the knicks. And last nights results shows that

I don’t like the line ups/plays his got going. An intellectual at speaking to the players but that’s all I’m seeing so far which is concerning.

He’s our tanking coach anyways doubt he’s going to be here more then two seasons

I rather we find ourselves a good coach instead. Players just don't develop when you keep changing coaches and continue to suck.
I like JBB as a person, and it seems like the players like him. He seems like a real player's coach. However, i'm just not sure if he is a decent coach overall. I want to see more set plays, much more.

Who wins these games doesn't matter - they are useful only to get players ready for the regular season.

Playing guys who are recovering from injuries too many minutes is a good way to have them re-injure themselves or suffer a new injury.

Yeah,I didn't expect Sexton and Osman to play 20+ minutes. It was reported that Sexton was going to play 15-18 minutes...
