It's been strangely quiet since McDowell got arrested. I kinda expected the Browns to release him soon thereafter, but it hasn't happened. Makes me wonder if the guy doesn't have some sort of mental disorder and they're trying to 'support him,' rather than throwing him to the curb.

The Browns don’t need to release him, he isn’t under contact for next year. He won’t be back.

How come there's no love for Greedy Williams? I thought he seemed pretty good out there and his health held up for the most part. At age 24 and for a reasonable contract, think he would work as a depth signing.

Let's see here....

My needs in my mind are DLine, WR, LB and then depth...

So at QB... Mayfield is the starter and Mullens seemed to do well for us last season so him as a backup is perfectly fine. I am also motivated against bringing in a Trubisky in the sense of putting some pressure on Mayfield..

RB, keep Johnson and keep developing depth, but nothing to do there...

WR, I am hoping we can restructure Landry's contract... plus we also gotta bring him in some help as well. I am not sure who is best in free agency to compliment him, but trading for or signing a 800-1000 yard type of reciever is a must plus adding a WR in rounds 1-2 plus maybe a BPA one later I believe should happen as well. Plus I wouldn't be against getting a Beebe type into camp to see if he has anything left in the tank..

TE- I don't agree with keeping Njoku personally... though I actually like our TE crew and wouldn't mind seeing if we can get Rudolph here as well. I think he would make a nice weapon for Mayfield and the run first team...

FB I think that can be between Stanton, Bryant and another to compete there... we will have one, but I think we can get someone in there...

OT... Conklin getting restructured was my main goal, so just keeping good depth with upside is the only thing I want there...

DLine... I hate our depth here and we need to get 1-2 DEs in the draft and 1-2 DEs in FA then 1-2 DTs in the draft and 1-2 DTs in FA... This is the main position to invest in.

LB, I think we can live without Mack, but I want Walker back... now if we can get a Bobby Wagner, I think it would be worth it...

DB... Ward probably needs extended and we have to figure out starters and depth and likely add some depth here, but it's not a need to do much here...
