Who Will Do Better Brown or Jackson

Both coaches have teams that are rebuilding. Phil comes back to the Shaqless Lakers and now has one of the biggest busts in NBA draft history on his team. Larry Brown left a team he took to the Championship 2 years in a row to a team that has had trouble just being in the hunt for a playoff spot.
Which Coach Will Have More Succes His First Year?
Im going to say Larry Brown.
For one reason, Larry Brown has always made sub-par teams into contenders, Phil on the other hand has always had a dynamic duo of players who pretty much get the job done by themselves.

Phil will, all the attention will be on Larry the losing will mount and he will be hampered by what they like to call as medical problems. Phil has at least Kobe all Larry has are ball hogs and sub par PowerForwards all of whom besides frye sweetney and lee are overpaid.

at any rate, i know what your're getting at-- but those 3 are so bad defensively, it's gonna take a miracle to get them to play some "d"

Phil. He has some good players to work with. Kobe and Lamar should fit very well in the triangle. Their kinda in the mold of Jordan and Pippen(not to say they are anything near as good as them, but they have similar roles). NY has a couple decent players but I cant see them working well together. They have too many chuckers. They need some playmakers and better big men.

Phil Jackson.. He has some what of a chance with the Lakers.. The Knicks are just bleh.. Barly any hope for them at all.

Larry is in the East, so he will get more wins. Larry'steam is ok, and will cause problems. Both though are equally no chance of getting a championship in the near future.
