Cleveland Notes
* What's to say? They'll probably abuse us since we only have 6 guys.
* They're waiting on Caron Butler to come back. Maybe he will, maybe he won't.
* Antonio Daniels is holding down the PG spot until Arenas' supposed return in early March. His play has been tepid and uninspiring, but adequate.
Mike Brown Gameplan Keys
* This game is a throwaway. What's important for Mike Brown is Saturday's practice- getting theoretical lineups underway, and offensive gameplans for them. Hopefully it doesn't take him 15 games to realize that Delonte West should be our floor general.
* We play a farm team Sunday- a Pau Gasol-less Memphis. They've even been sitting Mike Miller in hopes of getting a trade done, but it didn't happen. Hopefully we'll be rolling with Delonte at point, Wally at SG, and probably Joe Smith at PF by then.
* Will Ben Wallace be able to play PF effectively with Z at C?
* Our need for an offensive guru assistant coach remains. If we don't take care of this, we won't be able to fully bring out the talent of our new foursome.

Cleveland Notes
* Yeah, blockbuster trade yesterday...so we only have 6 guys in uniform tonight. We traded 6 guys (Gooden, Hughes, Newble, Donyell, Shannon, Simmons) , plus 3 guys out with injuries (AV, Sasha, Boobie).
* Boobie is out 4-6 weeks with a "severely sprained left ankle", and it looks like his role will be completely absorbed into the new players' rotation. He'll probably have to battle Damon Jones for the spot-shooter role (easy), and win back his additional backup PG minutes from Snow 4-5 games after he comes back. The big loser in this will probably be Sasha, since Wally is a natural scorer.
* Snow hasn't played in 4 games, so it would make sense to start Damon just for this game. Eric should be getting used to playing backup PG to Delonte. Damon should eventually move back into the spot-shooter role until Boobie returns, 9th or 10th man. I for one am happy to still have that jackass still on the team for now.
