If Becky is returning wouldn't it be a better story to have her return and challenge Asuka for the belt that she handed to her?

To be fair, I was utterly shocked to see Roman drag Edge's lifeless body and stack him on top of Daniel Bryan.
I was asleep before the main event and haven't seen any clips yet.

The way I've seen it described... wouldn't that mean that Edge pinned Bryan?

Saw the photo, thought the same thing. But it looks like Edge’s shoulders are also down.

Still, if he draped Edge over Bryan before going for the pin. The Edge/Bryan 3-count would have happened first.

Curious if they use this to get Edge a rematch. He is the ultimate opportunist.

He basically dropped Edge on top of Bryan and then immediately pinned both men so I doubt they will go with a controversy angle. I think Edge and Bryan are going to feud now and Roman will move on, possibly to Cesaro.

And honestly, they really need to start throwing Edge into as many feuds with dream match ups as they can now, because who knows how much longer he'll be around?

Given they announced the next big show as "Wrestlemania Backlash" I wouldn't be surprised if Roman faced Edge 1 on1 there before they each move onto their Summerslam feuds.

Yeah I initially thought that was well. I'm curious to see if Edge brings this up.

The 8pm start time for Wrestlemania was later than usual, right? An I the only one who thought this?

Yes and No. Last year I think was the 1st year they did the two night thing. Most PPVs start at 8, pre show at 7pm.
Wrestlemania use to be a 4hr show and it did start at 7pm.

I really hope they don't go back to a one-night Mania. The shows were much easier to stay invested in this year when they were only 2-3 hours long each night. A seven hour show is just a fucking slog and the crowd is inevitably going to be dead by the end of it, especially if it's your average shitty WWE show. This one was better than average, but they won't all be.

Yeah I like the 2pt Wrestlemania. Maybe they turn the go home Smackdown into sort of a HOF episode. I miss the "old/ non covid" HOFs. I want an introduction, I want stories and I don't see them being able to do it with Friday Smackdown, Wrestlemania Saturday then Wrestlemania Sunday unless they do it throughout the week which imo would be out of place. Idk its a little thing to probably most of the fan base but the HOF has always been a highlight to me.

With NXT doing two nights too, something I assume will continue, it's going to be Wrestlemania week instead of Wrestlemania weekend.

Maybe they do a HOF livestream on Thursdays. But I think would feel out of place with Smackdown ruining the Wrestlemania weekend vibe.

The heel turn for Roman is everything. He's finally an enjoyable character and he plays it better than any Super Cena BS role. If I were to guess, they're going to have a finish where Bryan screws it up for Edge and they go on to have a feud. And Roman would go on to hopefully feud with Cesaro.

I'd say I was pretty close to right... Though the final screw job was ultimately by Jimmy, DB pulling the ref out didn't help.
