Great top to bottom episode of Smackdown (3 correct Mitb qualifier winners IMO in Chelsea/Melo/Andrade) ends with Jacob Fatu joining the bloodline.

Agreed. Having Drew beat the piss out of Punk in his city was gold. God I hope Punk has something left in the tank to make this match worthy.

Because unless you're never gonna have any of them wrestle, eventually the horror stuff dies a pathetic and painful death when the spooky people who do fake murder spots in fog actually have to get into a well lit wrestling ring and do arm drags and body slams.

I am not saying the Wyatt stuff from last week wasn't entertaining or wasn't well shot from a cinematography standpoint.

I'm just saying you can't actually pay off a horror movie murder group in pro wrestling when inevitably everything has to come to a head in front of a live audience in a wrestling ring.

It works great as backstage segments, or as beatdowns, or pretaped video packages. But it just can't be paid off reasonably in the wrestling ring.

The ladder match had like 5 or 6 wrestlers in it— 3 leave the ring and they lay on the floor for 9 minute —- no camera shots to them — no mention of them and they just pop in to prevent the ladder climb…

Cena is not retiring at WM he just said, he’s going January-December with 30-40 dates in total.

Yea those ladder matches were not the best, but MITB has been like that for awhile now. Just spot fests until there's a winner.

But the show was great, really hope we get Punks return match at SS. Bloodline story is moving along and got a big W. It wasn't going to be a big PLE, but it set up SS to be that.

I would not mind them eliminating a ppv like MiTB. Maybe take a page from AEW's book by having a supershow for Raw and SmackDown on the week where there would normally be a ppv. Supershow as in title defenses, storyline payoffs and special appearances.
