WWE/NXT/AEW/NJPW Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
They should pivot to guys who are more entertaining. I don't nor will I ever watch WWE for the wrestling. They need to lean full into their storylines and story telling.

Let AEW be the work rate company. The problem, of course, is that WWE put time and effort into turning guys like KO, Cole, Danielson, Punk and others into massive stars who can be more than just work rate guys, and now AEW is profiting off of it. They have absolutely created their own monster, and I'm here for it.

Not sure about Bryan, but KO, Cole, and Punk were all fantastic on the mic before going to WWE.

I haven't watch the episode yet but heard about the sexual abuse allegation. Flair's response to the allegation was pretty gross.

Kanyon is getting an episode next week and after watching the last minute of this clip ...

I just don't understand allowing this kind of gross negligence. Top guys seemingly could get away with anything without repercussions.

Yeah, Flair and Tommy Dreamer did not come off looking good after the episode I posted above. Flair for the obvious abuse allegations and Dreamer for defending him.

Watching it now, Brock Lesnar is a piece of shit too.

Edit: Fuck Tommy Dreamer

I can't get over guys from the locker room drugging each other and strangers as a joke. RVD basically admitting some guys did it to unsuspecting women and had their way.

I really need to take a shower after that episode.

Hogan and Flair falling from grace is just amazing to me. They popularized wrestling and were major influences on generations of wrestlers and fans. While also being giant pieces of shit.

I'm not defending Ric Flair, but aside from keeping that flight attendant back in the galley, the rest didn't seem that abnormal.

Now let's take for granted that most of us are in their late 30's/early 40s and thus are generally desensitized to a certain amount of sexual abuse that was deemed normal years ago.

But walking around in a robe doing helicopter penis? I'm pretty sure I did that at frat parties.

It's a bit worse than that. He allegedly cornered her with his dick out and asked her to touch it.

It's one thing if she was in on the joke with the other guys but it doesn't appear to be that way either.

She said he grabbed her hand and moved it to his dick too. Definitely sounds like sexual assault to me.

The story about Flair walking around naked under his robe is nothing new and I don't think many people cared about that sort of stuff. It likely wouldn't fly now, but times have changed. I think it was hearing the woman's account of the incident that really riled people up. None of the stuff from the plane ride from hell was new information. We've just never heard an account from someone who wasn't a wrestler willing to explain it away as boys being boys.

Like I said, I'm not defending him, but outside of the cornering in the galley, it wasn't that insane.

Goes without saying that grabbing her hand and forcing her to touch his dick was far beyond the lines of decent and I don't think anyone disagrees with that.

You'll find that pretty much every celebrity/entertainer/etc has lived wild lifestyles. That comes with it a whole different reality.

Go from dating chicks at kink clubs to vanilla regular women. It's the same sorta deal. What might be normal common occurrences to one could be completely wild and out of control for another. The issue comes from having so many willing participants that you can't separate that from the average norms of society and problems occur.

If I had to bet, Ric Flair could've done the helicopter dick to a thousand women, and half would've been repulsed, the other half would've grabbed it willingly.
