I love your conviction. It's a wonder this place is so dead with you around.

Nobody is proclaiming Aviles the long term answer at short, but he isn't butchering the field and hits way better than Ramirez.

The team isn't going to crumble with Aviles taking the lion's share of the time until somebody else is ready to take on the position.

He actually is quite a terrible fielder, and I'd imagine the team won't be crumbling on the heels of either player.

Wasn't a strong outing. He has an awful inning where, had Kipnis not thrown a runner out at the plate, Kluber could have been run off. The very defense we are told is killing him helped keep him in.

Nah, what we saw was the same thing that inflated his stats in the minors- the random hiccups where he would get smacked around- reared up again. Not sure if he is just not making an adjustment or what. 3rd time the Royals have banged him around.
