You probably only watched him play vs the Cavs so he nailed a few mid range jumpers, the guy is an undersized power forward without defense and no upside at all.
He can only do one thing and not a very efficient one is shoot the mid range and the Cavs don't even use the midrange, it's either a 3pt or a layup/dunk so basicly he is worthless.
I bet you didn't even know he played for the kings.

He played for the Knicks this season and you really don't want to challenge me on the subject of the NBA, you have no chance.

A former Knick of last year? He will fit in perfect here then.

Got eeem!

He played for the Kings. Trick question. You know nothing about Acy.

Damn... I was hoping he is right. I am going to pretend he did last year anyways because I want him and we seem to do well with ex knick players.

Quincy Acy is one of the more explosive and powerful wing dunkers in the NBA and had a more efficient season on both sides of the ball than what Shawn Marion did for us last season, while playing more games and minutes than Marion, who he essentially would be replacing.

Quincy Acy not getting coached by Derek Fisher and in a more limited and controlled role with not just Carmelo Anthony around him could blossom into a solid player.

Are you playing him as a SF or a PF?

The way the NBA is transitioning, he definitely could play the PF in small ball lineups with us, but when I looked at defensive metrics I only compared him and Marion with their time at SF last season.
