Cavs Ticket Questions, Policies, and STH Concerns

I can't wait to see wait to see what the season ticket package looks like that we will be receiving. Other teams are have some really cool packaging, hat tip to all the Marketing teams out there!

I just think that's a slimy way to go about things, saving 100 tickets or so and posting them for ridiculous prices on their re-sale market. I doubt they would do something like that.

Wrong. They take away people's tickets for listing too many on FlashSeats to list them on Flasheats. None of the tickets that were taken away go anywhere else except for flashseats. Cavs are 'scalping', they do this every year.

Then why are they selling them at way higher prices? Why wouldn't they just sell them at face?

Price gouging is a pejorative term referring to a situation in which a seller prices goods or commodities at a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair. This rapid increase in prices occurs after a demand or supply shock.

I picked up our package from the Q at the first preseason game. We got a letter from Dan Gilbert, lanyards, a magnet schedule and coupons to the team shop. This is my first time with season tickets, so I'm hoping we get something else. Hats, cups anything. Also where the heck is Cavs promotional schedule at? I want bobbleheads.

Yep. That will happen when the Cavs release that many more tickets on FlashSeats.

I feel bad for people that banked on selling their opener tickets for hundreds of dollars above what they paid. Maybe they were planning on using the profits on more tickets or something else. Simply ain't gonna happen with all the other tickets out there on the same website.
