Coupons to the team shop or a discount card to team shop? My first time around with season tickets, we used to get 20% off at team shop.

If they are just coupons, what are they for? And how many?

Still get 20% off at the team shop. I did it the other day at the Scrimmage. There's actually some pretty rad stuff in there this year and the discount is really nice. They look up your name in the computer to verify.

Oh Man I never knew about the 20% off. There are just two 15% coupons in the package. Not sure why they are there if we get 20% off.

To give to friends and other family.....just tell them your name and they look u up and give u 20 percent off.......I usually grab someone in l I NE that isn't a season ticket holder and hook them up too

Just wanted to post that I received my tip off kit. Came with two 10% coupons. So us 10-game planners get something different. But I think it might have been the same last year.

Nope, everything else was the same as posted by @ComeONCavs. I do want to confirm if we get the 20% at the team shop. That would be pretty nice if so.

I am a season ticket holder and went to the first two preseason games and just noticed last night I had $12 preloaded on each ticket for concessions. Is this standard for season ticket holders? Also I was never informed that this would happen so hopefully it wasn't done in error! It was on the bottom left of my ticket right above the bar code.

Prices keep going down, down, down for the opener. I want to say last week the cheapest was $200, now there are dozens under that cost.
