im with Dave here. There's no way that the animal producing the butter being happy has anything to do with a majority of the butter's macros.

There's more to it than that.. to be fair I'd rather mess with cows that are fed grass than shit corn, it's a big difference, but organic doesn't even really have a definition.the amount of pesticides used isn't defined/quantified in order fir something to be labeled organic and there are other variables involved as to whether or not you would really want to eat something based in how it was cultivated.

With cows, grass fed or not there is no indication of how many hormones ere injected into the cow, and whether or not any of it matters to your nutrition. Same goes for organic. There is absolutely no scientific data to back up the idea that organic food is better than normal food

Week back into lifting and one yoga stint and back is holding up. I still haven't deadlifted or squatted just as a precaution but everything finally seems back to normal.

So i think the reason my protein has been giving me stomach aches is because my bottle is nasty as hell. I clean the crap out of it but it always smells... gonna try making a shake in a regular cup tomorrow and see what happens. If it works I'll feel like an idiot, a happy idiot

just tried it in a regular glass, feel fine. Thats a win

Got some good earbuds today with the ear clips and everything. Sound good and they stay in.

I'm now ready to destroy.

I have always found this incredibly interesting. Living in NYC, people are ultra douchey about ANYTHING organic. Also, being over weight while carrying around a yoga mat.

Any who, i have never done any research on the subject of scientific data and organic food. Do you or anyone else have any articles/links you can provide?

That's the problem with bottles. They tend to get a build up of nastiness. I don't have a bottle because of that reason. You'd need to clean it really well and let it air dry (daily). I had a tasty protein shake this morning. I used the blender, as I always do. I think I got about 26g of protein in.

Eh I just but a new one every few months. Come on you aren't a serious lifter without a shaker bros...and girl.

i threw out my cup but kept the whisk ball, I think a mason jar with the ball could be a good replacement. Its glass so no plastic pores to soak in shit and if it gets nasty just throw it out and make pasta to get another one lol

if that fails the good ol cup and spoon method is just fine

I don't lift, bro!
