Iman Shumpert: Gone! Thank God!

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Splitter isn't as valuable as TT. He really is soft. They didn't play him against the Clippers. He has lost them 2 playoff series lol!

I don't care what his offensive side is, he has struggled in the playoffs whereas TT has come to play. I dunno. Yeah TT can't guard Dwight or Jordan, but neither can Splitter. Hence the Hack a Jordan.

Splitter missed the last 6 games of the regular season (as well as much of the beginning of the season) and carried that injury into the playoffs.

The only reason there are rumors out there about him being on the trade block is because the Spurs think they can make a run at LaMarcus Aldridge. Speaking of whom, after dominating the first round last year, LMA had a lot of trouble with Splitter in the second round. Overall, Splitter had a fantastic 2014 playoffs.

Iman Shumpert (groin) said that he'll do whatever it takes to be able to play in Game 3 against the Bulls on Friday.
Shumpert's status won't be determined until after Friday morning's shootaround, but things are trending in a positive direction. Head coach David Blatt said that Shumpert has improved and that he's "hopeful" to have him available, so it sounds like there's a decent chance Shumpert plays tonight. He will, however, head back to the bench with J.R. Smith returning from his two-game suspension, so his fantasy value is due to take a sizable hit.

Fuck Splitter, has a word come out about Shumps status at all?

Splitter I believe has one of the Spurs' heftier contracts. I think he's making about 10 mil a year which isn't outrageous, but it stuck out to me as a big part of their payroll given he's not really a key piece.

The beauty of the Spurs is that they don't really have a key piece. They can play pretty well I think even if they lose all of their starters.

I want to see some moments in game 4 when Shump defends Rose, I think he can be effective in short stints on him.

Certainly see why Knicks fans were so high on him. If he can ever stay healthy and tighten up his handle, he's a guy who could make a Butler type progression. Don't know if he ever will: seems like there have been numerous times in his career when he's going to make "the Leap" and boom he gets hurt.

Would love it if he did if for no other reason the irony of it all considering the drama at the SG between Dion and Wiggins we've had the last few years

Shump's post-game interview was very funny if you get a chance to see it on Cavs.com. Reporters were saying he was playing "far less than 100%" and his response: "Far less? Ouch! Ouch!" Then the team erupted for some reason in the locker room to which Shump paused his interview comments, turned in that direction and finished his interview with "Man, I wish I saw whatever they saw." Love seeing the more human, enthusiastic side from our players.

Iman thrives at home court. Would be ecstatic to see what he brings next game.
