Seriously? I mean Amare ain't much, but he is the Knicks best PF. This series was over before it started, Amare cutting his hand up clinches the sweep.

Amare is such a waste of talent...his effort tonight was despicable.

At the start of the second half Miami scored 4 straight trips down the court, and 3 times on offensive rebounds by Haslem. Amare didn't check him once...just turns his head and hopes the ball bounces to him. Such a lazy, lazy, lazy defender and rebounder.

I honestly think New York may play better with Jeffries or Anthony at the 4. The series will probably be a sweep, but getting that lazy crap off the court can only help. Oh yea, he's also a ball stopper. At least you have condience Melo might make a shot...Amare just takes horrible shots.

There is a rumor that Amare tried to punch a teammate, missed, and hit the fire extinguisher. Anyone heard anything about this? Nevermind on this part, it was an incarceratedbob twitter post

Also, breaking the glass of a fire extinguisher when their isn't a fire is a federal crime.

Where's my apology? RT @Amareisreal I am so mad at myself right now, I want to apologize to the fans and my team, not proud of my actions

Windy posted a picture of it on twitter and the door was mostly metal with a little bit of glass. My guess is he wanted to puch the metal part and accidentally punched the glass part.

That would mean Amare has horrible aim. All that metal you'd think if he wanted to hit metal he would've. And wouldn't hitting a metal door be even more stupid? Eh it doesn't matter its the Knicks.

The fire extinguisher had better grammar than Amare

Well, scoring this at home, it clearly looks like the Extinguisher won all of the rounds employing a variant of Ali's famous "rope-a-dope" strategy. :chuckles:

Lebron's legacy is already tarnished. I feel him not winning last year was payback. He will never be the greatest. He lacks the mental toughness to ever be considered in the same league as MJ or Kobe.

All the all-time greats have had their failures.
