New York Knicks vs. Miami Heat. Round 1.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Bring on the Pacers. They'll at least make it interesting. The Knicks remind me of a rec pick-up team; just random players playing together for the first time.

The Knicks are a terrible, terrible team.

I'm glad I'm not a Knicks fan. They pay a 100 million dollars to a guy that makes his team better by blowing out his hand; they trade half a roster for a losing ballhog; and they pick a coach whose' strategy is basically "pass it to will".

Yeah except Carlton Anthony keeps fucking missing.

And they started Steve Novak, who can't do anything (and I mean ANYTHING) besides shooting wide open 3s.

I would give the old Knick (now Denver) team a fighting chance against this Heat team. Put in Tyson in that old team and they are an instant top 3 team in the East.

Felton/Lin
Fields/Smith
Chandler/Novak
Amare/Gallo
Tyson/Mozgov

That is a very deep team.

And to think, Stoudemire was considered unstoppable offensively just a few years ago lol. Between him and Joe Johnson, I'm not sure who is worse lol.

I'll give you a hint: the one that makes his team better by breaking his hand on a fire extinguisher.

They would get swept.

Okay, seeing the picture makes me think he didn't throw a hook at that fire extinguisher box. Looks more like he threw a punch against the wall sideways. Not sure how else you get your hand cut up like this.

IIRC Amare said he didnt punch the glass, but that he "was attempting to make some noise" so he open hand slapped the glass.

Well, New York is done. Indiana is going to try to make it interesting.
