That the fuck? Is Michael Bay hell bent on ruining everything that i loved from my childhood? First Transformers and now this?

It looks weird. The face of the ninja turtles look terrible. Plus I don't even know if I would like it if it was "good". The reason I liked the other ninja turtles stuff was because of the corny humor and how dumb they are. They are going to make them look to cool and serious probably. Lose-lose situation.

^When the whole concept was spoken of, it was bad. When they announced Michael Bay was the director, it made it the worst possible idea ever, IMO. I saw Mikey's face in a preview... WTF!?

Tim Burton made Batman, and don't ever tell me that movie was terrible.

The Batman where he had Batman tossing a guy to his death off of a building within the first 10 minutes?.... yeah

Haven't seen either of those, but I know that his Batman is my favorite out of all of them. I'll have to watch The Rock if it's available.

Michael Bay is the producer. Not the director.

That being said, it looks like a classic Michael Bay film. So he must have been pretty hands on in the development process. Overused, cheap visual effects to distract the audience from a lackluster plot and little character development. Megan Fox disgusts me as April, and the turtles faces look so weird.

As said above, the costumed turtles from the originals looked better than this. Literally the only thing that could save this movie is a cameo from Vanilla Ice.

Hey Nicky.. I just had a bowel movement and it came out looking like a Tim Burton movie. Had Johnny Depp and everything.

My mistake on that minor detail. Still, I'm not a Michael Bay fan. I didn't watch the whole preview. What I saw was enough. Again, remakes/reboots are always going to be a bad idea. Michael Bay wanted to make them aliens-- his way of changing up the concept, I suppose. But I heard he eventually let go of the aliens idea.

Michael Bay has a certain style that I'm not too fond of, but that's just me.

Matty: So you don't like the Tim Burton/Johnny Depp combo-- I'm not too fond of it. But his Batman is the Beez Kneez.

Was there chunks of Helena Bonham Carter in it as well?

It's not as good as The Rock. In fact, I think I'd give Burton points for Mars Attacks over his Batman.

Mars Attacks was the shit. Some of Tim Burton's earlier movies were pretty good actually. Though his latest efforts have been complete shit.
