First thing you do, is find the the lake in the American side, and swim to the bottom, you will find a players beginner chest. Open it and take the contents to Bonnie. You will like the reward.
Seriously? Is the lake by the ranch?

Just beat the game, I put 21 hours 1 minute and 38 seconds into it 
The ending, for an open ended game, really took me by surprise. I wasn't expecting that in the least, and I don't even know how to feel lol. The game was great, story was pretty damn awesome. BTW, when you think the game is over in terms of actual storyline, GO TO BLACKWATER. Trust me, game isn't over until you see credits roll.
It's going to feel a little different now as I'm playing to finish up the rest of the side quests and gang hideouts.

I agree,i don't like how you play as jackit feels odd.
You should also be able to use the hookers at the end of the game

I agree, but some explanations might be that since Jack's mother was a hooker, maybe he doesn't get the... desire to grab one for himself.
But yes, if I'm allowed to hogtie a hooker and put her on the train tracks, then what's the harm in paying her for sex?

Highlight for spoilers:
Finished the game tonight (as in getting credits, only at 84% right now). I totally didn't see playing as Jack coming. Loved the move, as I really thought that John getting killed outside the barn was going to be the end. I kept waiting for the 'retry mission' button but it never happened. Although I expected a bit more game play after becoming Jack. I didn't expect to just have the one mission to kill the marshal and that was it. I started feeling like I was playing Super Mario as I kept getting the reponse "Sorry but person you are trying to find and kill is in another location". Now I have to finish the side missions. By the way, anyone find Jack's adult voice to be annoying as hell? I just spent 25 hours listening to John and now I have to listen to his whiny ass voice. In the end, a hell of a game. Possibly my all time favorite.

haha, this is one of the reasons I haven't played the game since I became him. I'll finish up the rest of it, but I couldn't get used to him yelling like a whiny little bitch..
