It's lotto protected, but the Lakers aren't missing the playoffs anyways...They will finish in the top 3 in the westIsnt the Lakers pick lotto protected? If not then our tank driver has gone undercover in LA to get us a good pick.

"2013 first round draft pick from L.A. Lakers
Cleveland has the right to swap the least favorable of their own 2013 1st round pick, Miami's own 2013 1st round pick (top-10 protected) and Sacramento's own 2013 1st round pick (top-13 protected) with the L.A. Lakers own 2013 first round pick (top-14 protected). If the L.A. Lakers own 2013 first round pick is #1-#14, then the L.A. Lakers' obligation to Cleveland shall be extinguished. [Cleveland-L.A. Lakers, 3/15/2012]"
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that the source you quoted is wrong. I remember last season talking about this with some other members about how Grant or someone from the Cavs FO saying it was unprotected and how the source you quoted it from (realgm?) is wrong. Can anyone confirm this?
Andre Drummond had a whopping 2 points and 2 rebounds in 13 minutes. I thought he was on fire. Haven't been paying much attention.
Harrison Barnes didn't do all that bad it seems. 6 points, 3 rebs and 1 dime. Played 14 minutes and it seemed (stat wise) like he held his own.
