As I mentioned before, Lopez can't play PF and would be gone. . . as far as the NBA being all over it, unless they had actual evidence, they would have no case. And really, it could end up being in Arenas' best interests as he would be playing for a ring, perhaps make more money (granted over a longer period), and maybe even clear his image as he grows old and near retirement. It's not out of the realm of possibility, I wouldn't rule it out.
and even if Arenas didn't do it, Orlando could buy out Redick's contract and have $38mil in cap space. If they could move Duhon/QRich they'd have enough money to sign DWill to a max, and re-sign Dwight. But right now this doesn't mean anything because we don't know how the next CBA is going to look like
