Yep that's what I said. It's not like I've actually talked about his skills as a corner in previous posts pre-draft. Oh wait, yes I have.
 
Well I mean if Weeden is cracked up to what he is supposed to be, our line gives better protection, and we now have a RB to block/run/catch, shouldn't he be able to hit the receivers exactly where he needs to?

Colt and a pick for Jones. T.J. Yates wasn't the best backup i've ever seen.

I'd throw them the 4th we just got from Denver for him. Or our 5th.
 
Seattle is just having an awful draft. WTF is Pete Carroll doing up there?
 
I guarantee our WRs look better with Weeden throwing the ball. I don't care how bad they are, there were so many horribly misplaced, under thrown throws made by Colt. Not to mention he constantly ran right into the blitz and locked onto receivers without ever going through progressions.

Obviously we still lack talent there, but not nearly as bad as Colt made them look.

Well, in fairness to Colt, Weeden will also look better b/c the defense will now have to worry about one of the best RBs in the game.
 
So we have missed out on Hill, Randle, and David and Massie is still on the board which makes me feel like Schwartz would still be available as well.
