The article shows that this stuff is pretty much hit or miss. How do we know that with the history of foot fracture Parker is not the riskiest pick of the three?

I didn't really think Kyrie was a huge prospect coming into the league. Certainly not of the LeBron/Melo/Wiggins/Embiid/Parker ilk. Missing so much time in college probably aided his absence from this list.

The 2011 draft was looked as a pretty weak draft going in outside of D-Will and Kyrie who were expected to be solid players/potential All Stars.

DraftExpress has some of their own footage from the Embiid workout a couple weeks ago. Most of the same stuff with different angles, but a few new things thrown in. Not super exciting, but honestly at this point I'd watch a video of Embiid sleeping. :ninja:

he impressed the Cavs in a private workout in Cleveland prompting several sources -- connected to both the Cavs and to his camp --

I guess that is why so many QBs do Gruden camp and Manziel did his own QB training this spring.

For a guy like Embiid who already had injury issues and has only basic skills, there is upside in doing things like Santa Monica workout video or going down to Houston to be linked with Hakeem. In my opinion, he would have cemented him as obvious #1 (rather than most likely) with 2 minute segments running all next week on Espn sport center and talk shows. Would have been interesting to see if a talk show would then wanted to link LeBron to the next Hakeem ... Rather than keep him low key and out of the media. Just my 2 cents. Like I said, great PR and low risk setting it up on your terms than going to do individual workouts.

Predicting Embiid Season 1 stats

Embiid will struggle to get shots up as Dion and Kyrie play Real life NBA 2k14. Embiid will average nearly 20 blocks as Kyrie is incessantly torched from the top of the key with a glazed look in his eyes.

So by year 4, Embiid will average in the neighborhood of 30 blocks.

Manziel was part of Gruden's show qb camp, unless you're talking about something else.

Haven't seen someone dunk as ferociously and easily on a hoop as Dwight Howard does until now. The quickness and explosiveness that he dunks the basketball at that size is just mind boggling.
