Just an incredibly odd day of football. I'm calling it that, get over it. Germany tied Ghana, Argentina needed injury time heroics from Messi to win and Nigeria is going to make it through to the next round unless Iran can win 3-0 while Nigeria doesn't score. This World Cup is perfect for people who want to get into football.
 
Did anyone watch the Nigeria-Bosnia game? What a total bullshit offsides call on Dzeko, literally the reason Bosnia is packing their bags now. So sick of FIFA refs.
 
Watching the Belgium game now - The Mertens guy seems pretty good. It is hard to beleive he is more lively than Hazard.

Im surprised that Chelsea want to sell Lukaku and buy Diego Costa.

I've been waiting for Bosnia to qualify for 20 years now so you can imagine my disappointment. Still stunned.
 
US is going to have to come out strong today, cant wait!
 
I'm sorry, but team USA is just bad. That goal they allowed is 8 year old shit.
 
The thing I like about soccer is that when someone scores, they seem just as surprised as I am.
 
US just looks so "clunky" for lack of a better word. No spacing at all, and everything just seems really shaky. THey are bunching up and playing around with the ball right next to each other. Need to spread it out.
 
Yeah US needs to pick up the pace - They are playing more in their own half which is a recipe for disaster. They need to run at Portugal with speed more
