quest bars ainecWhat are the "right kinds" of protein bars? Give me a couple of examples so I know what to look for.
not the cheapest available, but then again if you are using protein bars in the first place price can't be that big of an issue...
i would dump the chips and cereal in favor of things like oatmeal, eggs, nuts, greek yogurt, fruits, veggies, cottage cheese, etc.Goal is to burn some fat off right while maintaining protein levels, right? I eat like 2 turkey sandwiches at a time, some baked chips, water. Cereal skim milk in the morning, 2 salmon fillets at night.
Any other ideas?
eating the stuff you do won't totally derail your weight loss (assuming reasonable portions obv) but the above would be better.
