Cavs @ Miami Heat (Brazil) - Saturday, Oct. 11, 5:00pm (STO and ESPN News)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
That was entertaining as hell despite it meaning absolutely squat.

I loved how each team seemed to have ice in their veins down the stretch with virtual unknowns, it seemed like both teams were taking it seriously and that made for a good ending.

Onto my little "analysis" of this squad's performance tonight...

That pick and roll set with James and Love will be a thing of beauty. A big guy who can spread the floor and actually do damage in the paint is going to work miracles. Love got it going on the offensive end and it was quite impressive he only missed 1 out of his three point attempts.

Andy looked good and it was fun to see him the focal point on the offensive end for a significant amount of time out there for 14.

My surprise of the game was the combo of Thompson and Waiters. Both seemed to get rolling and looked quite impressive out there. Nice young guys with a tremendous upside to their game.

I will admit it was weird seeing James play against the Heat but I was more disappointed in not seeing Irving out there. I know its nothing serious for his ankle but I have developed an inch to watch him play since the World Cup and I wanted to scratch it.

Is Granger giving him a purple nirble?

I wonder if lebron's back is bothering him worse than he lets on. He just didn't look very fluid or athletic out there (by his standards) and he did a lot of standing around and resting on defense. His passing was good but that will always be there no matter if he's hurt. A nagging back problem could also explain why he's seemed out of sorts.

But man, do we have a lot of depth. Irving out and Lebron seemingly playing at half speed and we STILL had a tremendous offense. I caught myself thinking -- if last year's team had just managed to get K-Love and replaced Brown with Blatt, with no other changes, then we would still have been looking at 50+ wins easy.

Same. But I've had this itch the minute I saw him play in his rookie year.

I just hope he can stay healthy.

seriously, that kebabstall stream is fucking incredible, massive props to the dude who shared it. only time I've had a better stream was when i paid for LP.
Can you post the link?

1) Jon Barry should not speak while mic'ed up.

2) Gonna be very fun this year. Loving the offense. Turnovers are going to happen at first, but that will be ironed out as time goes on.
