Game 51 -|- Cavaliers vs. Clippers -|- February 5th, 2015 @ 8:00 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The first thing that pops into my head after a game like this is finally they got a big enough lead to let LBJ sit out the entire fourth quarter and this is the first quarter the outcome was NEVER in doubt.

The play that got them the 32 point lead in the third and to rest everyone in the final 12 minutes is impressive. This was going to be a good test against a quality foe and Cleveland just kicked their ass and had no mercy.

The aggressiveness was there, the hustle was evident and I saw a Love going inside and out and contributing to the offense the entire game, which is all I wanted to see. I expect this type of outing for him (24 and 9) to spark some sort of fire under his ass moving forward for the foreseeable future.

This team is hitting their stride at the right time and I cannot believe they are now the 3rd seed right now. What is more intriguing and gratifying for me after such a win was what I stated earlier; hustle. This effort was full blown and right from the tip and a motivated Cavaliers team is going to be a more than formidable foe for every other team in this league.

Is it just me or is that woman ref kinda hot? A woman in power plus that pony tail and subtle make up, some guys on the court notice her without a doubt.

She made sure that the Clippers noticed her

Nope

I liked the techs. The Clippers were being children, and things could have started to get out of hand. You already had guys giving hard fouls around the neck...

Nobody needs to get hurt because one guy decided to pout.

Saying "might not be for her" implies a lot of negative stuff about women working as refs in the NBA. Gonna cost him a lot of cash.
Might not be for her??? If a WNBA player says might not be for him about a ref is that sexist.

What kind of crack are you guys smoking? Did none of you go to English class?

There's more meaning to things we say than the plain text. His things did have a sexist smell to them.

But it won't cost him a lot of cash. He will be fined like 10k, which is like me being fined $1.

.....................................

I think you can answer that question.

None of you actually care how a line-up featuring Haywood and James Jones looks. You're just complaining to complain.
We don't care how that line-up looks because we already experienced it late December when Haywood was starting and James Jones played 23 minutes lol. And of course, it was miserable.

I do wish our bench could at least hold some ground against their bench. They had in second and third string players too, and it would've been really nice to not be outscored 31-11. But since two of our bench members are only there for morale support and one is just there for his contract, I guess we shouldn't expect them to be able to compete with other third string NBA players.

She knows you're into it.

then make a suggestion of what you wanted to see instead.
I did. We need an actual backup PG, not a 3&D SG posing as one.

Like I said already, I love Delly, he's perfect for his role on this team as long as LeBron or Kyrie is out there. But when they're not, the offense falls apart. Not his fault we're asking him to do something that he's not good at.

agree completely. We will be fucked if Kyrie gets hurt. Other than him and LeBron we dont have a PG. and if Lebron is playing point, that means too much time for Marion who has been about worthless on offense this year

Great Win

But i just noticed we are in the 3rd Seed now.. unbelievable when looking at where we where 3 Weeks ago.

Just Wow

<nooffense>If you guys didn't pick up on the subtle sexism in Paul's comments, you may be part of the problem. </nooffense>

P.S. I REALLY don't mean to piss anyone off, just needed to be said. GO CAVS.

Come on. He criticized a person who happens to be female, that's all. Other than the word "she" there was absolutely nothing in Paul's comments that made her sex an issue. He didn't say she needed to be back in the kitchen or making babies or whatever. She's in a man's world, she needs to take the same heat a man would. Let's not put her on a pedestal because she's female.
