AuxPie, you look close to getting those four wheels all the way up!

Not sure if it's the camera angle or not, but you look a little far forward in the shoulders at that point in the lift. Here are the three cues I tell athletes when they are preparing to do before a DL:
-Shins perpendicular to floor
-Shoulders behind the bar
-Hips/hamstrings taut

Keep up the strong work, man.

hey thanks! Im sure once i start eating again ill be able to get it up no problem! hopefully just a few more weeks of cutting

I feel like you've been at 13% for forever and a day, correct me if I'm wrong.

SOmeone spoon feed me.. How long will you see the results of a specific day's diet? Like I think it takes 3 days to fully difest food (could be wrong), so dont you see the effects of that days intake for 3 days? So eating big on lift days and cutting on off days is fucking retarded?

Just pinned tren.. I bought wayyyyyy more than I thought I did. Idk what to do with it all. Anyways, I dont have a lot to cut and want to see some gains from the tren as well as shrinkage (insert joke in your asshole. insert joke about my dick being the joke here). SO I want to cutbulk. @gourimoko, personal experience with quantifiable statistics?

PS I look unreal right now. My tendonds and ligaments are pretty fucked though.

yeah ive been stuck at 13 for a while now, but mostly because i was over that when i bulked in november, got bnack to the 13's before christmas, but then my diet was complete ass for a few weeks over my christmas break, which brought me back up to like 14... gonna weigh myself here in a min after i get this coffee poop outta me.

yeah i always thought the calorie cycling was dumb, i used it for a couple weeks but didnt really get anywhere

edit- coffee poop complete. 162.6lbs, 12.3% BF :clap:

well I suck at taking pictures, Im around 200lbs (5'10"-5'11") right now contrary to what this shows. Im the biggest dude in any room im in.. I should be fatter than this after a 10 week cycle. I feel like I could have put on more weight if thats the case.

ANyways, cannot wait for the next one. 2-3 months out I spupose.

edit- protip for selfies, try using Volume Down to take the picture, if your phone does that it makes the pitcures 10 times better cuz you arent trying to balance it like a weirdo while touching the screen

Got 405 on deadlift today..shit felt easy! Gonna be a great day/weekend now!

This is why I love weight lifting, I physically did a quantifiable thing that is very hard to do, and nobody can tell me I didn't do it. Nothing else like it in the world!

edit- jesus christ, the record for my weight class is 717 pounds...

I swear my scale is janky as heck. I weigh the exact same and have the exact same BF% as last week, and that has happened multiple times in the past. Theres no way im maintaining at 1850 calories, no way in hell

too cheap to buy a new one though, so YOLO i suppose

Go to a place with one of those "slide the bar across" scales. Those have to be accurate??

Shit, walk into a doctors office and literally just ask if you can weigh yourself, guarantee you some place will let you.

Or go to a vet and when they leave the room, stand on the table scale.

My bet would be water retention. Things dont always progress in a nice linear way. Just stick with it

started weighing myself more frequently, been about the same every time. I think i just need to reduce my calories some more, gonna give 1650 a shot this week and see what happens..gotta trust physics i guess
 
Injuried my hand like 2 and half weeks ago playing bball. Haven't been able to grab a barbell or dumbell for weeks. Driving me crazy. I love lifting legs now. Should be back to full strength next week. Hand injuries suck!
